UX Designer - Contractor
Job Description
We are looking to hire a superstar UX Designer with a strong UX understanding, with a portfolio that demonstrates examples of compelling experiences that draw on the results of user research and workflow analysis. Candidates should have 3+ years experience in user experience design, love backing up their designs with research-driven data and be excited to solve next-generation design problems beyond existing computing paradigms.

Responsibilities:
- Translate concepts into wireframes that lead to intuitive user interfaces
- Be the user advocate throughout the entire design and production process
- Develop behavioral specifications and personas
- Drive early-stage usability testing and expert review
- Use research-related services, theories and methods to support best-practice recommendations
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant professional and creative experience
- Build comprehensive wireframes and full information architecture
- Experience with e-commerce a plus
- Visual/Interaction design experience a plus
- Front-end engineering skills (HTML/CSS/js) a plus
- Interest in technology and curiosity around the future of computing and experience platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player capable of working well with others and leveraging other people's skills and strengths to deliver a stellar product
- Comfort and experience working with development teams is a plus
- Professional, responsible, flexible and extremely reliable
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
